Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of salami

  • 12 cherry tomatoes

  • 12 mozzarella pearls (or small balls of fresh mozzarella)

  • 12 fresh basil leaves

  • 12 wooden or metal skewers


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salami Roses:

    • Take one slice of salami and fold it in half.

    • Roll the folded salami tightly from one end to form a rose shape. Repeat with the remaining salami slices.

  2. Assemble the Skewers:

    • On each skewer, thread one cherry tomato, followed by a salami rose, a fresh basil leaf, and a mozzarella pearl.

    • Repeat until all skewers are assembled.

  3. Serve:

    • Arrange the skewers on a serving platter and enjoy them fresh!
